India: Delhi courts, CRPF schools receive hoax bomb threats DW 11/18/2025

Bomb threats were called in to several courthouses in the Indian capital Delhi on Tuesday, Indian media reported. Court proceedings were suspended for a couple of hours, according to online news portal Mint, while security forces assessed the threat. Bomb threats were also received by two schools belonging to the armed police units, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). Police said that no threat was found and it was reported to be a hoax.

A Salisbury man pleaded not guilty Tuesday after allegedly making bomb threats to an Everett city councilor, according to The Boston Globe. The Boston office of the FBI contacted Salisbury police on Tuesday morning regarding social media threats of firearm and explosive use, Salisbury police said. Salisbury police and the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council collaborated to arrest the suspect around 12:43 p.m. that day.
