We're one of the last cities to actually amend our city code to make sure that we're not discriminating between how people want to live.

The project will transform the vacant St Nicholas House into 359 co-living units, supporting Sutton's regeneration and providing affordable homes for key workers.

The design proposal aims to enhance living quality by combining contemporary design with functionality, targeting affordability for young singles and couples in crowded urban settings.
