It's a question that will attract a lot of questions if I start answering. For me it's an irrelevant question. I know there's a lot of talk about us being in the title race now. In terms of being in a race, racing with other clubs there needs to be some conditions [budgets] that are more or less the same.

I think a lot in the past it has been a mentality of it's OK to be wherever we are. But since Oliver Glasner has come in, there is a real expectation that we put on ourselves to keep improving and keep fighting for points while doing the best that we can.
