The Copilot app cannot be removed arbitrarily. Three cumulative conditions apply: Microsoft 365 Copilot must also be installed on the device, the Copilot app must not have been installed by the user themselves, and the app must not have been launched in the past 28 days.

The update will group the Raise Hand feature under the Reactions button to reduce mis-clicks, which is handy because the two functions are easy to conflate at a glance.

Microsoft seems more determined than ever to combine Xbox and Windows - to the point that its next-gen Xbox, codenamed Project Helix, will play PC games too. Starting in April, it's bringing its full-screen Xbox mode to every kind of Windows 11 PC, including laptops, desktops, and tablets.

I don't think any organization wants to pay for ESU licenses. Many organizations will migrate, but a non-trivial subset will rely on ESU as a safety net because their constraints are less about 'deciding to upgrade' and more about validating dependencies and coordinating operational downtime.
