Fancy grocer Erewhon will return to Pacific Palisades in an entirely rebuilt store, as the neighborhood's luxury mall, owned by developer Rick Caruso, undergoes renovations for a reopening next August. Palisades Village has been closed since the Jan. 7 wildfire destroyed much of the neighborhood. The outdoor mall survived the blaze but needed to be refurbished to eliminate contaminants that the fire could have spread, Caruso said.
High-end grocery store Erewhon just dropped a new smoothie inspired by an unexpected flavor: toothpaste. Toothpaste brand Boka and Erewhon have partnered to launch the Mint Condition Smile Smoothie, available at all Erewhon locations from November 1 through the end of the month. Coming in at $11 (a discounted price for Erewhon), the Mint Condition Smile Smoothie is inspired by the flavors found in Boka's Ela Mint Nano-Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste, featuring mint, green tea, citrus, coconut milk, and mango.
