3 weeks agoA nostalgic new boutique hotel just opened in Montauk
Hotel Corduroy brings vintage surf-shack design, bay views, fire pits, and beach access to Montauk’s East End with 29 boutique rooms.
The Hamptons and Montauk are synonymous with Long Island luxury and leisure. From the pristine beaches of Southampton and East Hampton to Montauk's surf culture and nightlife, this stretch of the East End attracts residents and visitors who expect the very best. Now, with licensed dispensaries operating across Suffolk County, one question is coming up more than ever: Where can I find Exotic Weed in the Hamptons and Montauk?
Picture this: You're driving down a Long Island highway on a summer day, you hit the Hamptons, but then you just ... keep going. Eventually, you hit what locals call The End: Montauk. Over the years, Montauk has transformed from a sleepy little surfing town to a full-blown haven for influencers and Wall Street bankers. But for every new bar or club (we see you, Bounce and Surf Lodge), there are places that have been around for decades.
Waka Flocka Flame and his entourage attempted to enter Surf Lodge through a side entrance while fire marshals were managing a crowd at the main entrance. Security informed them they could not enter, leading to an altercation in which Flocka berated a guard, using profanity and escalating the situation. Despite attempts by the Surf Lodge owner and staff to mediate, including offering permission to enter, Waka and his crew were uncooperative and ultimately asked to leave the venue. Flocka claimed, 'I'm worth $20 million. Do you know who I am?'
