After a quick teaser during the September Nintendo Direct, a new trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy movie has been revealed. The sequel to The Super Mario Bros. Movie is scheduled to be released on April 3, 2026, and it once again features the vocal talents of the 2023 film's cast, including Chris Pratt as Mario, Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi, and Jack Black as Bowser.

Jared Leto joined co-stars Gillian Anderson, Evan Peters, and Greta Lee helped light up New York City in celebration of their new Disney movie on Sunday night (September 21) on top of The Edge. Director Joachim Rønning was also in attendance.
