In his first year with the Tennessee Titans, running back Tony Pollard reached career highs -- 1,079 rushing yards and 260 carries. However, his workload significantly overshadowed teammate Tyjae Spears, who had only 84 carries, creating an imbalanced distribution of carries that the Titans coach hopes to rectify in Year 2.
The biggest thing that taught me last year is that I learned how to be unselfish. I learned how to put the team over my individual goals and what I wanted to accomplish, and so that's the biggest thing coming here.
