Police in the United Kingdom said on Tuesday that British comedian and actor Russell Brand has been charged with two additional sex offenses a new count of rape and another of sexual assault. Brand is already under investigation on five charges made in April involving four women two counts of rape, one of indecent assault, and two of sexual assault.
