Mount Bohemia is located high in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and features glade runs and powder that are unmatched in the Midwest. With a 900-foot vertical drop, it blows many other resorts in the region out of the water. The mountain's backcountry-style terrain offers an experience that rivals the Rocky Mountains. While Mount Bohemia may have only two chairlifts, it spans 620 acres of skiable terrain across eight unique sections, making it one of the largest ski resorts in the Midwest.

Big White Ski Resort in British Columbia will open for the 2025-26 season on Thursday, December 4 at 8:45 a.m., after three inches (eight centimetres) of fresh overnight snow at lower elevations and continuous work from resort operations. The resort will open with limited terrain, serviced by the Ridge Rocket Express, Bullet Express Quad, Plaza Chairlift, and the gondola.

Great news for New England skiers and snowboarders, two ski resorts have officially opened for the 2025/2026 ski season! Both Sunday River and Killington opened to pass holders today, November 12th, for a day of early access before they open to the public on Thursday, November 13th. Killington opened to Killington, Beast365 and Ikon Pass Holders with both the K-1 Express Gondola and the North Ridge Quad spinning starting at 9am.
