Originally announced back in early 2022, with an expected opening in late 2023, it's now been confirmed that the Guinness Open Gate Brewery will open on Thursday 11th December 2025. The venue will be a hybrid of a brewery and a food-and-drinks mega-pub, and they will also be offering tours of the brewery area, which might make it of interest to a wider non-stout-drinking audience.
