I'm really afraid of what the outcome will be. I mean, obviously, mental health is really important, especially when it comes to mental health surrounding suicidal ideology and how hard it can be to get through something like that.

To see a film like this representing the trans community with a lead intersex character [like] we've never seen before - so in your face - it's f***ing wild and messy and it's a wild ride.

In light of recent open letters from academia and the arts criticising the UK's Supreme Court ruling on sex-based rights, it's possibly worth remembering that nobody sane believes, or has ever believed, that humans can change sex.
