At 12:05 a.m. on Dec. 2, 36-year-old Frankley Duran was shot in the head by an unknown assailant from a black car, leading to his critical injuries and eventual death.
The NYPD identified the getaway vehicle as a black 2016 Chrysler sedan with the NY plate LAL 7188 and is seeking public assistance to find the suspect.
