A new wildfire was reported today at 2:48 p.m. in Sacramento County, highlighting the ongoing challenges of fire management and response efforts in the region.
The fire, named Meiss Fire, was initiated in the 14000 block Meiss Rd, and as of now, the cause remains under investigation according to Cal Fire.
