A man blocked and shouted at a driverless Waymo car, then brutally beat a bystander who told him to let it go. The bystander suffered a fractured skull and other life-threatening injuries.
The incident occurred in San Francisco, where the attacker, described as 25 to 30 years old, physically assaulted a cognitively impaired bystander who intervened.
