Can You Fix Crystallized Maple Syrup? - Tasting Table
Briefly

Maple syrup is not just for pancakes but is also a versatile natural sweetener for various recipes. If it has crystallized, that simply indicates sugar separation. Fortunately, it can be easily fixed by reheating, which allows the sugar to dissolve back into the syrup. This can be done by placing the bottle in simmering water or warming syrup in a saucepan with a little water. Once reheated, the syrup is ready to use and can be enhanced by adding a pinch of salt.
