The Doyle Collection has announced the hiring of Tom Murphy and Chrissy Sheffey to lead food and beverage at The Dupont Circle Hotel in Washington, DC. Tom, who previously managed Doyle Bar, will now oversee The Pembroke, known for its Michelin-recommended European-American cuisine. Chrissy joins as general manager of the Doyle Bar. Their extensive backgrounds in hospitality and guest services are expected to enhance the hotel's commitment to exceptional experiences. Both will work closely with existing team members to refine operations and offerings, particularly in local sourcing and seasonal menus.
