Ariel Arce, together with her team, has launched a new hotel bar, Leonessa, on the 16th floor of Conrad New York Downtown. Designed to celebrate Italy’s aperitivo culture, the bar features a year-round patio inspired by Italian terraces, complete with lemon trees and beautiful views of the Hudson River and Statue of Liberty. The menu includes a variety of drinks focusing on spritzes and bitter flavors, showcasing special cocktails like the Frozen Sgroppino and unique martinis. Leonessa combines exquisite drinks with an elaborate ambiance, enhancing the dining and drinking experience.
