A Third Santo Remedio Restaurant Has Opened in London
Briefly

The duo behind Santo Remedio, Edson Diaz-Fuentes and Natalie Feary, has just launched a third site on Marylebone's Thayer Street, bringing their menu of regional Mexican specialities to a new London neighbourhood.
The menu here is designed to showcase many of Edson's favourite dishes from across Mexico, including ceviches and chiles rellenos, with a focus on guisados and antojitos.
Inside, you'll find warm tones, hand-made tiles from Patzcuaro Michoacán and art, inspired by large colonial houses in Mexico City neighborhoods.
The team will be sourcing Mexican ingredients rarely found in the UK, such as the purple heirloom corn MasaFina.
