Cameron McKendry-Brown, 26, failed to appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court for stealing a disabled Blue Badge and other thefts, now facing an arrest warrant.
Defense representative Dean Powell noted this isn't the first instance of Mr. McKendry-Brown failing to attend court, raising concerns about his commitment to comply.
Bromley Council highlighted that 38 motorists were prosecuted between July and September for Blue Badge abuse, facing £27,333 in fines and costs.
