A recent survey revealed most Americans don't hydrate adequately during their workday, with 34% drinking most of their water only after 3 p.m. Despite 87% acknowledging the importance of hydration, many admit to prioritizing coffee over water, particularly baby boomers. The study shows respondents need at least three glasses of water by 10 a.m. for productivity, yet two cups of coffee are consumed on average per workday. Additionally, one in five workers skips walks and breaks, resulting in over half suffering from headaches attributed to stress and dehydration.

Although nearly all respondents (87%) agreed that getting enough hydration during the day sets the tone for the entire day, 34% admitted they drink most of their water after 3:00 p.m.
Respondents indicated they need to drink at least three glasses of water by 10:00 a.m. to have a truly productive workday.
The study also found that more than half of respondents suffer from regular headaches, primarily due to emotional stress, dehydration, and fatigue.
