As he was put in the back of a police cruiser, Marlowe was told by one of the arresting officers: "You look like a clown." "No s-t!" the suspect shot back. "I am a clown, stupid."
Adding to the bizarreness of the arrest, the police department added clown noises to the footage. 'What do you call someone who returns to a shopping plaza after they've been Trespassed? A clown,' the department quipped.
