Briefly

According to a Boldyn survey, a significant 94% of U.S. and U.K. business leaders would pay extra in rent for better connectivity options. With 80% considering relocation within five years, the demand for superior Wi-Fi and mobile services is evident—with 62% and 54% respectively prioritizing these features. As hybrid work normalizes, location decisions are increasingly influenced by connectivity needs, with 67% expecting seamless Wi-Fi and 64% cellular service, surpassing traditional preferences like space and amenities. A notable concern among leaders is productivity loss caused by inadequate connectivity, prompting these priorities.
