"Continue journaling. I started keeping a journal last Christmas, and I'm so proud that it's now December, and I've kept it up for almost a year! It's been great for my mental health and helped force me into a habit and routine. For around 30 to 40 minutes, I disconnect from all my tech, screens, work, etc., and make myself a cup of tea, sit down, and pour my thoughts onto a page."
