Thomas Kingston, husband of Lady Gabriella Windsor, tragically took his life at 45, just hours after sharing a joyful lunch with his parents. They described him as "normal, fun, and laughing" before his passing, revealing their shock at the sudden turn of events. During their time together, Kingston had expressed no signs of distress, which highlighted the challenges in recognizing mental health struggles. His parents mentioned that he had been prescribed an antidepressant that had severe side effects, emphasizing the difficulties many face in managing mental health.
"He was normal, he was fun, we were laughing at various things," Jill recalled about Thomas Kingston's last moments with his parents.
"I would have difficulty explaining to you what it was like without crying," Martin said, recalling the moment they found their son after his tragic death.
"It was a horrendous experience but we would love for something good to come out of it," Jill said, reflecting on their son's memory.
Thomas had been prescribed a common antidepressant after dealing with stress at work, which his parents revealed had extreme side effects.
