Sunday with Paddy McGuinness: I'm a double carb man'
Briefly

My Sunday routine starts early with breakfast prep for the kids before heading to my Radio 2 show. After finishing, I order Sunday dinner and enjoy traditional meals with fond memories of my mum's cooking.
Sundays growing up meant a classic roast cooked by my mum, complete with her legendary Yorkshire puddings and jam roly-polies. I wish I had learned to cook from her.
Now that I'm a dad, Sundays have changed. Instead of relaxing on the couch, I spend time with my kids, fulfilling their demands for activities and playtime after lunch.
Mondays used to mean dread as I went back to work, but now I cherish the time when the kids are at school, reclaiming my day to do things I enjoy.
