"Grand Brasserie brings together the history of Grand Central Terminal with the sophisticated charm and ambiance of a French brasserie," Rick Blatstein, CEO of Vizz Group, explained. "This holiday season, we are looking forward to drawing in new visitors including both solo diners and large groups, to experience all that our new restaurant has to offer. Nowhere can the charm of old New York and the holiday season be experienced better than at Grand Brasserie."
The restaurant includes a 300-seat main dining room and an intimate 100-seat bar called the Green Room, offering a blend of classic and modern dining experiences.
Designed by the Rockwell Group, Grand Brasserie boasts striking red leather banquettes and backlit bars showcasing an impressive selection of over 400 wines, enhancing the dining experience.
Standout dishes include foie gras mousse, onion soup gratinée, and tuna tartare with soy lime dressing, which reflects Executive Chef Guillaume Thivet's expertise in French cuisine.
