Wegmans is set to unveil its second location of the sushi restaurant Next Door at Astor Place, offering a mix of contemporary Japanese cuisine and a diverse drink menu, featuring a focus on Japanese traditions. The deli-style menu is designed by seasoned chefs, leveraging connections with Tokyo's Toyosu market. Following a controversy with a local fish market, the restaurant will serve dinner six nights a week, allowing guests to enjoy a vibrant atmosphere complete with a Champagne hour and a sushi bar.
