Domenic J. Sarno: It's time to get back to the office, Springfield (Commentary)
Briefly

The COVID-19 pandemic brought significant changes to work structures, with a notable shift to remote work for many office workers in Massachusetts. However, for the city, remote work was not a viable option as many employees were frontline workers whose roles demanded their physical presence. Throughout the pandemic, my cabinet heads, department heads and direct staff were working full-time in office, addressing the needs of the city.
