People are pretty baffled and delighted," said Brenda Buenviaje, chef-owner of Brenda's French Soul Food. "They're just like, 'OK, what's the catch?'"
People are looking for a bargain, but they don't just want a bargain. They want something that tastes good and that they're going to crave," Buenviaje said.
While Brenda's breakfast sandwiches are on the smaller side compared with other breakfast sandwiches around the city, the compact meal is an undeniable 'flavor bomb.'
The average breakfast sandwich in SF these days will run you at least $8.
