"SAN RAMON A 40-year-old Union City woman was arrested in the non-fatal shooting of a 17-year-old boy on Sunday, police said Monday. Police identified the suspect as Xiaojie Zhang, who was being held on suspicion of attempted murder in lieu of $1 million bail at the Martinez Detention Center. Police have not provided a motive yet for the shooting, which happened about 6:18 p.m. Sunday on Talavera Drive."
