Nintendo Switch Online is set for a significant upgrade with the addition of GameCube games on June 5, coinciding with the launch of the Switch 2. Initial titles include popular games like The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, Soulcalibur II, and F-Zero GX, all optimized for higher resolution on the new hardware. Multiplayer support will be available in certain games, allowing up to four players to engage online. On June 5, the same day the new console goes on sale, Nintendo Switch Online's Expansion Pack will add GameCube games for Switch 2 users.
