Martha Stewart expressed that the documentary about her life was decent but criticized it for leaving out significant aspects, stating she wants to discuss a potential sequel.
Reflecting on the documentary's production, Stewart admitted she didn't enjoy the process, saying, 'I didn't like it. I don't like going to psychiatrists and talking about your feelings.'
The director, R.J. Cutler, noted that Stewart's candid interview exposed personal challenges, helping audiences understand her better: 'You see how challenging it was for her to confront so much of her own story.'
In addition to the documentary, Stewart teased her upcoming autobiography, claiming it is even more revealing than the film, touching on difficult topics from her life.
