Lemon live-streamed a report where protesters interrupted a Sunday service over the presence of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in the state. Reportedly, the church pastor has ties to ICE, as the Independent cited. Tensions have been high in Minnesota following the murder of Renee Good, who was shot by ICE agent Jonathan Ross.

Republican U.S. Rep. Clay Higgins of Louisiana, the lone member of Congress to vote against release of the files on sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, has a long record of anti-LGBTQ+, anti-immigrant, and racist stances. Higgins said he voted against the bill ordering release because innocent people would be injured by revelation of their names and personal information. However, "survivors' personal information and other sensitive material can be withheld or redacted with explanations to Congress," CBS News notes.

James Dobson, the infamous anti-LGBTQ+ leader of Focus on the Family who pushed the Republican Party further to the right, died Wednesday. He was 89. The Dr. James Dobson Family Institute announced Dobson's death on its website. The group did not say how he died.
