Eric Wan of La Lot Is Opening His Own Restaurant

Over the last 18 months, chef Eric Wan (ex-Dinner by Heston) has been popping up around town (and in Paris and Shanghai) with Lá Lốt. The modern Vietnamese concept is inspired by his Chinese-Vietnamese background and his mother's birthplace of Chợ Lớn in Saigon, and it's where he's been doing his twist on traditional ingredients and street food dishes. Now he's partnering with the team behind dan's in Dalston to open Tempo on Paradise Row in Bethnal Green.
