Robert Royal, 25, and Daeven Reyes, 20, were ordered held without bail after they were arraigned in Bronx Criminal Court on Monday night and charged with murder, attempted murder, gang assault and criminal possession of a weapon, according to prosecutors. Also charged with murder in the senseless shooting are 17-year-old Messiah Hugie and Ny'Zay Wigfall, 16, who will both have their cases sent to the youth part of adult court, prosecutors said.
