Greenpoint's Dining Scene Gets a Mediterranean Upgrade
Briefly

Nerina, a new Greek restaurant in Greenpoint, is owned by Christos Gourmos and Spiro Menegatos, who aim to offer authentic Greek flavors in a neighborhood lacking such dining options. The restaurant features a mezze-style menu designed for sharing, showcasing seafood delights like striped bass crudo and lobster orzo, alongside popular dishes such as grilled octopus and chicken lemonato. The laid-back ambiance attracts families, while an all-Greek wine list complements the vibrant meal offerings. The owners emphasize their culinary inspiration from their Greek heritage and the warm meals prepared by their mothers.
