Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a man was shot in Peckham. The victim suffered a gunshot wound shortly before midnight on Friday night on Peckham Hill Street.
A Met spokesperson said: 'Police are investigating a shooting that took place last night at 23:25hrs on Peckham Hill Street, SE15.'
His injuries are not thought to be life-changing, the force added. The incident occurred streets away from where 20-year-old Jess Lloyd-Smith was shot dead.
