A New Restaurant Is Opening Inside Liberty to Celebrate its 150th Anniversary

Liberty, the iconic London department store, is celebrating its 150th anniversary with the opening of Seventy Five, a new restaurant by Goose + Berry. Located on the second floor, Seventy Five will feature a distinctive aesthetic, including a bespoke fabric ceiling and Chinoiserie motifs. Head Chef Joe Holness will lead the kitchen with a modern British menu that emphasizes local and sustainable ingredients, along with an all-day brunch and afternoon tea. Additionally, guests can enjoy cocktails inspired by Liberty’s fragrance collection, further enhancing the dining experience.
