Claude Bosi and his wife Lucy are expanding their dining concept with a second Josephine restaurant in Marylebone, scheduled to open in April 2024. This location will diverge from the Fulham flagship by showcasing a menu inspired by Parisian brasseries, featuring dishes such as steak tartare and soufflé au camembert. The wine list will also reflect this theme, featuring selections from the Loire Valley and Bordeaux. Furthermore, the Marylebone venue will offer breakfast options and an outdoor terrace for patrons to enjoy al fresco dining.
