Exclusive | I'm a sex expert - my 'orgasm breath' method releases stress, boosts energy
Briefly

Nadège, a sex scholar, introduced a breathwork technique called 'orgasm breath' during the Biohackers World conference in LA, designed to boost self-esteem and heighten intimacy. It involves taking two quick inhales followed by a long exaggerated exhale. Supported by neuroscientific research, this method helps calm the nervous system. Nadège also suggests sticking out your tongue during the exhale to relax facial muscles and promote playfulness. Practicing three cycles of this technique can alleviate anxiety in social situations.
"You do two very quick inhales and then a long exaggerated exhale. And the reason it's called the 'orgasm breath' is because you want to get louder and more exaggerated with each exhale," Nadège explained.
"It's a somatic technique that is all about releasing insecure feelings, tense muscles or anxious feelings." Nadège noted that this technique can help alleviate social anxiety.
