Aland Etienne, a security guard killed in the mass shooting at a New York City office building last month, was laid to rest Saturday after a funeral.

Aland Etienne, 46, was working as a security officer at 345 Park Ave. on July 28 when he was one of four people murdered in the rampage.

"He's part of a brotherhood-just like the NYPD, FDNY, and EMS," said fellow security guard and doorman Michael Nared. "We're a unique group of people who do the job we do."
