Alexina Anatole's cookbook 'Sweet' showcases over 80 dessert recipes that are designed not to be overly sweet, appealing even to those who typically favor savory dishes. The book is organized into ten chapters, each focusing on a different sweet ingredient, including options like bananas, strawberries, and coconut. Highlights include creative and balanced recipes, such as a matcha tiramisu and caramelized raspberries, that cater to health-conscious individuals seeking delicious desserts without excessive sugar content. The collection encourages readers to explore baking while also engaging those who are usually reluctant to embrace sweets.
