How is bone broth different from other broths and stocks? To put it simply, regular broth is a liquid made by simmering meats, vegetables, and herbs in water. The simmering time is typically up to two hours. Stock is like broth, but bones are often added, and it's simmered longer, often up to six hours. Bone broth is basically stock (bones, water, and sometimes vegetables and herbs) that's simmered for an extended time - up to 48 hours. This lengthy simmering gives the bones time to release gelatin and collagen, enriching the liquid with protein and minerals like calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus.

Oat milk is one of the best plant-based milk options for coffee, with an especially creamy consistency that felt silky and luxurious as we sipped it without coffee first. The warming spices and subtle sweetness of the gingerbread hit our taste buds immediately and were robust enough to stand up to the strong taste of our cup of joe. Where other creamers were lost when stirred into coffee, Planet Oat held its ground, providing baking spice undertones.
The four environmental modes can be of some help here, but the best in my experience was the default Comfort mode, which "reduces the sharpness of high-frequency sounds and overall intensity, creating a more comfortable, balanced listening experience." The Atom X's Conversation mode was too sharp for much use, while the Crowd and TV modes didn't make a big impact in comparison to the Comfort mode.
